What does Harbor Court living mean to you?
It means professional staffing which allows you to:
- receive packages (UPS, FedEx, Express Mail and hand deliveries like flowers or gifts) when you are not home, the desk staff will sign for you, alert you that you have received a package and either hold the package at the front desk or have someone bring it to you;
- drop off and pick up your dry cleaning at the front desk;
- have your visitors announced before the front desk staff directs them to your condo;
- have your guests pick up a FREE parking pass from the front desk staff or doorman for parking behind the building;
- be assisted by the doorman when unloading packages, luggage and groceries from your car;
- have the front desk staff order a taxi to pick you up in front of the building; and
- always have someone on staff to call if you have a question.
It also means that staff is there to maintain and clean the common areas including the main lobby and each elevator lobby.
